The Lovejoy Inches Toward Finish

Block One of The Lovejoy has topped out in Portland’s Pearl District. When open in the fall, the nine-story structure bounded by Northwest Lovejoy and Marshall streets and Northwest 13th and Northwest 14th avenues will feature a two-story Safeway on the bottom floors, four levels of parking on the middle floors and more than 80,000 square feet of Class A office space on floors seven through nine. The seventh floor will also have a large, elevated garden terrace. General contractor Andersen Construction Co. is building the project, which was designed by LRS Architects. Unico Properties LLC is the developer.
