If you are not completely satisfied with your hair or skin care service, please let us know within seven days of the service and we will either correct or repeat the service at no charge. Children An adult must accompany children under the age of 12 at all times. Children may not be left alone in the lobby waiting area at any time.

The parent of any disruptive or especially loud child will be asked to remove the child from the salon for safety reasons and out of respect for other clients. 24-Hour Appointment Cancellation We at Urbaca do all we can to help you make your scheduled appointment, including a reminder call the day before. Despite our best efforts, “no-shows” still occur.

As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you fail to arrive for your appointment, a “no-show” fee will be charged at full menu price.

Parking Complimentary lot parking for Urbaca clients is available at the northwest corner of NW 9th Avenue and NW Couch, across from the Pearl Bakery. Employment Urbaca is a commission-based salon focused on education, developing new talent, and making guests happy. In addition to our senior and junior staff, Urbaca Salon educates and nurtures budding stylists with our New Talent program. We pick the cream of the crop from beauty school and after our rigorous 12-month program, Urbaca’s apprentices earn their way to the cutting floor.
