I became a dentist because I loved the medical field, and wanted the freedom to have the experiences that would give my life a little perspective. OK — and I wanted the freedom to play.

My history is simple: I grew up in Northeast Ohio, attended Youngstown State University for my undergraduate degree, and went to Ohio State University for dental school. I moved to Portland to complete my residency at OHSU, and the weather. It didn’t take me long to discover the Pearl District, and I knew that not only did I want to live here, I wanted to start my business here, as well. I am an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Academy of General Dentistry. When I’m not busy with work, I love to travel. Once a year I head down to Nicaragua and Guatemala as a volunteer with the Northwest Medical Teams.
